He finished the winter season with a .300 batting average, 10 homers, and 41 RBIs over 55 games. Matos showcased his offensive prowess by ranking high in the league for hits, RBIs, and leading in doubles. His strikeout rate was also notably low, reflecting a significant improvement.

The Arizona Fall League has concluded, showcasing the talents of young players, notably Andrew Pintar of the Miami Marlins, who was awarded Defensive Player of the Year. Pintar excelled in 27 games with the Peoria Javelinas, achieving three assists and two double plays without any errors.

Transitioning to center field from a middle infielder role, Pintar demonstrated impressive adaptability. He also ranked high in hits and runs, finishing the season with a solid batting average and multiple offensive stats. Despite being a recent acquisition from the Arizona Diamondbacks, he is already making significant strides in the Marlins' farm system.
